On January 20, 2023, with the participation of the international law firm White & Case, a purchase and sale agreement was signed between Uzkimyosanoat JSC, Uzkimyoimpex LLC and Tatneft PJSC for the First Rubber Plant by the Russian company Tatneft. According to this agreement, the PJSC Tatneft group is the sole founder of the FE LLC "Birinchi rezinotexnika zavodi".
