The project “Organization of the production of conveyor belts, agricultural and automobile tires on the territory of the FIZ “Angren” with an annual design capacity of 100 thousand linear meters of conveyor belts, 200 thousand pieces. agricultural tires and 3 mln. of automobile tires was implemented in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP 2269 dated December 4, 2014 “On measures to organize the construction of a rubber products plant on the territory of the Angren free industrial zone. The plant was put into exploitation in August 2018.
The implementation of the technological part of the project on a turnkey basis was carried out by Poly Technologies Inc. (PRC).

Today there is a possibility of production and sale of 60 standard sizes of car tires from R12 to R18; 3 sizes of light truck tires from R12С to R15С; 3 types of agricultural tires and more than 90 types of conveyor belts with a width of 450 to 2000 meters of heat-resistant, rubber-cord and rubber-fabric according to the special order of the client.
In 2022, it is planned to develop 15 new types of conveyor belts, based on the requirements of the main large consumers of the republic (Navoi MMC, Almalyk MMC, Uzbekugol and chemical industry enterprises), mainly in terms of quality and operating conditions (to improve technical characteristics for wear resistance, resistance to aggressive media, heat resistance, frost resistance).
Also, the plant's specialists have begun the process of mastering prototypes of conveyor belts for use in underground conditions (mines).
